His entire career of more than 15 years has been focused on the management of Human Resources and General Services in the different organizations in which he has served. From his position he has developed and implemented during this time both the daily management of a department of Human Resources in the field of Personnel Administration and training projects, talent management, selection and evaluation always with the focus on PEOPLE as the main axis.
