Primary Project Title: Research on Proteomics-Based Analytical Methods for the Study of Milk Proteins
“SmarTZ4Milk – Smart, Traceable, Sustainable, and Connected Dairy Value Chain” is a flagship project led by the Galicia Food Cluster (Clusaga) through the Next Generation Galicia Food Technical Office. Its primary goal is to transform the Galician dairy sector and enhance its competitiveness through R&D&I and investment in sustainability.
This project has been funded through grants for integration and transformation initiatives in the industrial value chain of the agri-food sector, as part of the Strategic Project for Economic Recovery and Transformation in Agri-Food (PERTE AGRO). It falls within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union and managed by the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Tourism.
